Municipal Port Fund of Ios (M.P.F. of Ios)
The Ios D.L.T. is a Legal Entity of Public Law based in the Municipality of Ietas and has responsibilities in its ports .Ου Sikinou Folegandrou and Anafi.
Ios Port is located on the northwestern side of the island in the natural cove of Ios Bay. Ios Town, the main settlement of the island, extends to the east and north of the port.
The Port of Sikinou is located on the southeastern coast of the island in the Alopronia Bay, in front of the coastal front of the settlement of Alopronia.
The Port of Folegandros is located on the southeastern tip of the island, in Karavostasi Bay.
The Port of Anafis is located on the coastal front of the settlement of Ormos Agios Nikolaos.
The Municipal Port Fund of Ios is responsible for the installation, organization and exploitation of all types of port infrastructure. It offers public utility services and contributes to commercial, passenger, tourist and fishing traffic and more generally to the smooth operation of the ports under its jurisdiction.
