Salamis Municipal Port Fund (M.P.F. Salamis)
Salamis is the largest island of the Saronic Gulf and the closest to the coast of Attica.
It is located in the northern part of the Saronic Gulf and is separated from the coast of Attica by the Strait of Pachi (northwest) and the Strait of Piraeus (east). These two channels delimit the Gulf of Eleusis, which extends north of Salamis.
The Municipal Port Fund of Salamis is a Legal Entity under Public Law based in the Municipality of Salamis and has responsibilities in the ports of Salamis, Paloukia, Vourkari, and Peristeria.
It is responsible for the installation, organization and operation of all types of port infrastructure.
It is constantly modernizing and expanding its services with the aim of directly serving passenger vessels, passengers and owners of pleasure boats.
