    Compliance status

    We strongly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to everyone and we are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of their circumstances and abilities.

    To achieve this goal, we strive to adhere as closely as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium (W2.1C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 3) at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Adhering to these guidelines helps us ensure that the site is accessible to all people: blind people, people with mobility disabilities, people with visual impairments, people with cognitive disabilities, and others.

    This website uses various technologies that aim to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We use an accessibility interface that allows people with certain disabilities to adapt the website's UI (user interface) and design it according to their personal needs.

    In addition, the website uses an AI-based application that runs in the background and continuously optimizes its accessibility level. This application corrects the website's HTML, adapts its functionality and behavior for screen readers used by blind users and for keyboard functions used by people with mobility disabilities.

    Navigation via screen reader and keyboard

    Our website implements the Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA) technique, along with several behavioral changes, to ensure that blind users who visit the site with screen readers can read, understand, and enjoy its features. Once a user with a screen reader enters your site, they are immediately prompted to enter their screen reader profile so they can navigate and interact with your site effectively. Here's how our site addresses some of the most important requirements for screen readers, along with console screenshots with code examples:

    1. Optimization for screen readers: we run a background process that learns the elements of the site from top to bottom to ensure continuous compliance even when the site is updated. In this process, we provide screen readers with meaningful data using the ARIA feature set. For example, we provide accurate form labels - descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.) - validation guidance for form inputs - roles for elements such as buttons, menus, modal dialogs (pop-ups) and more. In addition, the background process scans all images on the site and provides an accurate and meaningful description based on the recognition of image objects as ALT (alternative text) tags for images that are not described. It will also extract texts embedded in the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To enable screen reader adaptations at any time, users can simply press Alt+1 on their keyboard. Screen reader users also receive automatic notifications to enable screen reader functionality when they enter the site.

      These customizations are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.

    2. Keyboard navigation optimization: and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the site functional from the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the site with the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate drop-down menus with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, activate buttons and links with the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements with the arrow keys, and fill them with the Spacebar or Enter key. In addition, keyboard users will find quick navigation and content skip menus, available at any time by pressing Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site when navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles pop-ups that are activated, moving the keyboard focus to them as they appear, and not allowing the focus to drift away from them.

      Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.

    Additional UI, design, and readability adjustments

    1. Font settings - users can increase and decrease its size, change its family (font), adjust spacing, alignment, line height, and more.
    2. Color settings - Users can choose from a variety of color contrast profiles, including light, dark, inverted, and monochrome. Additionally, users can switch the color schemes of titles, texts, and backgrounds, with more than seven different color options.
    3. Animation - the person with epilepsy can stop all running animations with the press of a button. Animations controlled by the interface include videos, GIFs, and flashing CSS transitions.
    4. Underline content - users can choose to highlight important elements, such as links and titles. They can also choose to highlight only focused or hovered elements.
    5. Mute sound - users with hearing aids may experience headaches or other problems due to auto-playing audio. This option allows users to mute the entire site immediately.
    6. Cognitive disorders - we use a search engine that connects to Wikipedia and Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive impairments to decipher the meanings of phrases, initials, slang, and more.
    7. Additional functions - we provide users with the ability to change the color and size of the cursor, use a print function, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other functions.

    Browser and assistive technology compatibility

    Our goal is to support the widest possible range of browsers and assistive technologies, so that our users can choose the tools that work best for them, with as few restrictions as possible. As such, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that make up over 95% of the user market share, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDA (screen readers).

    Notes, comments and feedback

    Despite our efforts to allow anyone to adapt the website to their needs. there may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible or there is no adequate technological solution to make them accessible. However, we are constantly improving our accessibility, adding, updating and improving its options and features, as well as developing and adopting new technologies.
