The Port of Igoumenitsa Authority proceeded with the cutting of dangerous trees and branches in the land area of the port of Igoumenitsa, along the cycle path and the Drepano - Makrygiali beach. The trees that were cut down were particularly dangerous for public safety.
The timber product was made available to beneficiaries of the Igoumenitsa social grocery store, providing relief to families in need of meeting their heating needs.
