PPA S.A. was honored with two important distinctions within the framework of the “Leaders of the Greek Economy 2026” institution, confirming its leading role in the Greek economy and its long-term contribution to the development of the country. In particular, PPA S.A. was named Sector Leader in the Port Organizations category, a distinction awarded to leading companies in key sectors of the Greek economy, based on objective financial criteria, such as turnover, pre-tax profits and cash. This recognition confirms the company's steady growth path, its strong financial performance and its strategic importance for the Greek port system and the national economy.
At the same time, PPA S.A. also received the new honorary distinction "Historical Enterprise", a category that was introduced this year to the institution, with the aim of highlighting enterprises with a long-term and substantial contribution to Greek entrepreneurship. This particular honorary distinction takes on particular significance, as PPA S.A. completes 96 years of continuous operation and dynamic growth this year, approaching the completion of a century of progress, with a steady contribution to the country's economic progress, international trade and shipping.
